last choir performes for senoirs
Its a sad moment for the senoirs in choir. they love to sing ,dance, and also act too. I dont know how many years they have been doing this during school, church,or just any where around music. A lot of them are goin their seprate ways some want to be in marketing, business, education, and even in music/performing arts. I dont care how they are all in 10 years from now as they look back on their life. They're goin to remember how much fun they had when they were in choir. I'm goin to trully miss zachary "biscut" smith, matt baker, jase an mitch hunnicutt, megan, clayton abbott, an just all of them in choir.

autism
" I am a mother of 2 boys ages 12 and 10. The youngest of which has autism. Dealing with autism is not an easy task, but very rewarding. there are many degrees of autism. Some are very high functioning while others can't even speak.
My son does not speak yet. He has a very limited vocabulary but it is growing daily. he does not go to the bathroom. Instead he has to wear pull-ups or depends. If he wants or needs something , he will take you to it. If he hurts and you ask where it hurts, he will hit on the spot that's bothering him. (most of the time) It can be very stressful not knowing what your son is feeling, thinking, or even wandering bout.
When we go out, people tend to stare if he gets upset and has a fit. They look at you as if you're not a good parent letting your kid act in that manner.
But it's not really there fault, they don't understand that this is how he communicates with us. It may not be pleasant, but it's his way.
When we first got him diagnosed, he was 18 months old. There were 5 doctors in the room. It took them 1 hour of observing him and then 1 hour of debating , that he was autistic. he was what you call a loner. He would rather be in a room by himself than go to another room. Not social at all.
With the help og great teachers, therapists, and a large extended family, he has progressed to a very loving young man at age 10. Granted, he is a lil rough, bu he loves to love on you. Most autistic people dont like to be touched
Like i stated, he is only 10 years old an i learn with him everyday. we all do." - kim batts
I'm doing a projected in English an i was thinkning bout my lil nephew an i wanted to know more bout autism so I'm researching on it. A lot of people ask me what is autism because my lil nephew has autism. i love him to death but its hard on my sister in law an my brother but they say its rewarding to have him. i know some of the facts by looking after my lil nephew an always talkin to my sister-in-law an brother they tell me what they go there day to day. i know autism is where some parts of the brain is lackin where other of the parts of the brain is strong. Doctors say the reason why they gave the name autism because its the meaning of "being within oneself: extreme autistic aloneness that, whenever possible, disregards, ignores, shuts out anything that comes to the end child from the outside. ok, in better terms autistic kids don't like to be touch. they can sit in one spot for hours an look at something forever, some kids hearing is way better then the human hearing my lil nephew is strong, talk very lil, can hearing things a lil kid can't hear, takes time out to learn how to get out of places. when ur a parent an u go to the store wtih all of ur kids an then the one is autistic an then they they have their lil fits in the store people look at u an they stare an i know whats goin on in there head saying can't u control ur kid better then that but others don't know he has autism. Its very hard to keep ur kid healthy cuz some can eat anything but only like my lil nephew eat thinks they like. Autistic kids some of them look like a normal kid. i love my family an we all learn to help alot
